Become a Twitch streamer, what do you need?

My buddy wants to stream on Twitch, but doesn't have enough equipment. Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with it, so I can hardly help him. That's why I try to ask about good. He has a laptop and a microphone. He says he needs a second screen to play and a good webcam because his laptop is broken. What suggestions do you have for what my buddy still needs in terms of equipment?

Well I guess he wants to do gaming. His laptop should definitely manage games smoothly. The stream should be at a high bit rate. 4500 should be enough if the internet is weak, if he has a good internet, then just 6000 that is the limit anyway… His microphone shouldn't be noisy, and since he streams with a webcam, he should also have enough light ^^ …

This is a side issue but think it's important. If a sub, or a host or anything else comes in that has an animation running, such as "Wizzard764 left a follow" and then some stuff that appears around it…
