I currently have a laptop with a GTX 850m. I play GTA V, World of Tanks, Cities Skylines and something like that… I can handle the performance of the GPU and thus the FPS in the games.
But since the laptop is 6 years old, I'm considering creating a PC. As a graphics card, I would have the GTX 1650 in mind. Compared to the GTX850m, it's a decent performance upgrade, isn't it?
And which processor would go with it? I don't really care whether Intel or Amd.
Yes, but would rather use an RX 580 or 1650 super.
You can use the Ryzen 5 2600 as the CPU.
How much would you want to spend on the pc?
The GTX 850m technically corresponds to a GTX 750Ti that is about 10 to 15% underclocked. Depending on the game and resolution, a GTX 1650 would render 100 to 150% faster than the GTX 850m.
AMD's Ryzen 3-3100 or 3300X, or an Intel Core i3-10300, could already be used for the games mentioned.
Approx. 600-700 euro
Edit: I already have hard drives, operating system, monitor.
