Have a blue screen in windows 10 in my new laptop (2 days)
that's really bitter haha
have already tried many things on the internet but was without success
Did you let him run for two days now? I press with such pictures always rigorously the on / off switch, someday it will work… ^^ :)
The new parts always take a while to feed all the updates…
But you'll get even more qualified tips here!
No no my laptop is only 2 days old haha
My last new Lappi went through an entire night until he had all the updates together, so I asked. I would restart it and let it rest for a few hours before you use it. It takes time, depending on Lappi.
Then there's only the radical way: Reinstall Windows clean. To do this, download the Media Creation Tool: https://www.pcwelt.de/...68566.html This will allow you to create a Windows 10 USB bootstick.
Then insert the created stick into the laptop, switch it on and immediately press F2 (if necessary several times). Now you are in UEFI. For the boot order, put the stick first. Save and exit. The laptop restarts and boots the stick. Just follow the instructions of the installer. It also offers the possibility to completely delete the hard disk. You do not have to enter the product key, it is permanently integrated in the UEFI. After completing the installation simply log in again with the Microsoft account. Windows will be reactivated.
Finally, you go to the manufacturer side of the laptop. There download and install the drivers.

Your operating system is still dewy and not yet stable.
When the system hangs, Windows tries to stabilize it with a reboot. This usually works too.
Please wait one to two weeks, then the necessary system updates will be installed.
Should I leave him off?
You do not have to do that. He has a driver booster
No, just use it after the reboot.
Does not work
