Bluescreen Windows 10 due to overheating?

For 2 days my notebook freezes in between, so I have to shut it down manually by pressing a button, which of course is not so beneficial. Before 2h, however, the so-called Bluescreen appeared, meanwhile I have several times made a system recovery, but that's no use. As soon as the registration page appears, the blue screen will appear again and again. I do not want to do a complete restore because the blue screen reappeared during a backup and I do not want to lose my data. My question is now above all: my notebook is only 2 weeks old, but it is possible, since it has already been noticeable for 2 days, this is only due to the heat or overexertion and I may this problem by a few days in Let rest of my notebook fix it? Right now it has shut down by itself. Is it really overheating?

The ERROR CODE is: WHEA Uncorrectable Error

Windows completely down and reinstall via USB stick, or sometimes dust off your notebook

Co

But that does not lead to data loss

Ci

What leads to data loss? The complete re-installation of course because you have to push your important data on a USB stick or an external hard drive, and dusting, there should be no loss of data in the normal case

Co

It does not boot anymore and if it crashes when logging in immediately, that's the problem

Co

I was about to make a backup as described, but meanwhile the blue screen appeared, maybe it's not due to the heat?

Ci

In BIOS Fescreens F2 or F12 Press then you come in the BIOS settings, look s.besten the video here:

I know how a clean installation works, but before that my concern is to back up

Ci

Why do you need a backup if your laptop crashes anyway, try dusting it first

Co

So that I can carry out a fresh installation carefree?

Ci

SO THAT IT WORKS VLLT

Ci

But it may also be that your hard drive has a SMART error. You would have to buy a new one or replace your hard drive

Ci

Or it could be due to a virus that does not allow you to make a backup

Ci

As 1 I recommend you to de-dust your laptop all the air intakes etc and dan try it again

Did you switch off the PC once during the update?

Then you shot your Windows with it and have to install it again…

To backup your data, it would be easiest to install a new SSD or HDD and then install the Windows…

the old plate, you can then install in a hard drive housing and can copy of your data from it… You then have the old disk as a backup disk for newer backups…
