Fingerprint does not work and pin is disabled due to changes in system settings
Must now completely reset but how? Password reset button is not synonymous

Should actually work in which you turn off the laptop several times right after the start (long press on the power button).
After some 3-5 times should come sometime the troubleshooting and give you the opportunity to go into the advanced system settings.
Otherwise boot with a normal installation medium such as a USB stick and install it.
Do not know if that works with the fingerprint scan, but with the following trick you get at least access to the console in the login screen and can reset your password:
Boats the laptop with an installation medium
go to computer repair options
Choose Command Prompt
enter the following commands:
c: you
there should not be a Windows folder try d: you, or e: you, etc…
cd windows \ system32
ren utilman.exe utilman.ex_
copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
after that, you can reboot the PC and open the console for the visually impaired via Easy Operation
with the command
net user [user] [password]
Now you can replace the old password with a new one
