Laptop crashes when booting Windows 10?

I have a problem. I used to download Windows 10 Tool (original from Microsoft) on my HP laptop because I just wanted to take a look. And then suddenly when I shut down and turned it on again, when I started, I suddenly got the message that it had been installed correctly, and from there the problems started. I couldn't use the laptop anymore because it tried to boot itself or something, and after a while I bought a boot stick. It works flawlessly, only my laptop wants to boot properly somehow. Now comes the real problem. When I start it beeps loudly and for a long time but then starts normally when booting. Then he installs Windows 10 as normal. But then when it gets done for a short time it crashes again with such a cracking noise. Can someone maybe tell me why? I have already tried to change the ssd and unfortunately nothing has changed.
