HP envy x360 screen cracked?

I bought a new HP envy x360 laptop and after 2 weeks the display jumped out of the frame and the laptop was only at the table. After I sent the laptop to HP, exchange or free repair was canceled and I said a few times that it was visible that it was a production defect. I have researched and found out that exactly this problem has existed for 3 years and there are hundreds of people in the USA who have exactly this problem. If there's someone among you with the same problem from Austria or Germany, we could oppose it together.

Just fix it yourself.

Ultimately, it's a shame that HP doesn't show any goodwill.

However, HP is not obliged to do so.

There's also a solution to the problem: According to the law, the dealer applies (this is not HP, but the shop where you bought it!) 24-month legal guarantee. In the first 6 months you can't counteract this by reversing the burden of proof.

Therefore: Just contact the dealer, who will take care of it!

Yes unfortunately from Media Markt Was said that they do not replace devices, but only the dealer.
and why is HP not obliged to replace the laptop if I have it white on black that they know about the problem. HP even wrote to me that it can't be a manufacturing defect because no one else has reported the same problem. And suddenly there are so many and on a comment even HP wrote that there are design errors with this model

Th

I don't understand that now.

In this case, the media market is the dealer. He has to pay for it.

The whole thing has little to do with HP, except that they don't want to admit the mistake. But this is a pure warranty case, where the warranty also applies.

They will probably replace the device or credit the amount.

Here is another link if Mediamarkt does not want to provide a new device:

https://www.frag-einen-anwalt.de/Media-Markt-verweigert-Neugeraet-bei-gesetzlicher-Maengelhaftung-innerhalb-von-6-Mon--f294646.html

So you are absolutely on the safe side and definitely get a new device, whether you want it or not.
