Connect Razer Core X to HP Envy x360?

I recently bought an HP Envy x360 and the connector on the right was labeled Thunderbolt 3.

Now, unfortunately, it turns out that this is not a Thunderbolt 3 connection at all. The Thunderbolt 3 cable from laptop to Razer Core activates the card and core, but unfortunately the graphics card is not recognized as a device.

My device then also informed me that my Thunderbolt would only work to a limited extent, so I also looked in the Device Manager and the Razer Core is only displayed for the USB devices.

My first question would be: is it possible to simply establish a connection between HDMI Graka and HDMI Lapi that then also works?

If so, can I also interpose a splitter where I can connect my graphics tablet with laptop and graphics card?

If not, there's an alternative like bsw. Thunderbolt to HDMI or something similar?

I thank you all in advance.

And please don't blow around again, as some already thought they had to do.

No!

Just in the form of eGPUs. Which laptop model do you have exactly?

I have an HP Envy x360 15 "Intel Core i5 with 16GB Ram and an nvidia GeForce MX 250

Or rather asked that way, maybe I would have to buy the Specter.

OK. The thing has 1x HDMI 2.0 & 1x USB C 3.0 with integrated DisplayPort 1.2.

No Thunderbolt = no way to use eGPUs. Via USB, this makes no sense due to the data rates.

And yes - most Specter models have Thunderbolt 3. That would do it!

Then I have to bite the bullet, but thank you from the bottom of my heart

No problem, always happy!
