What is the HP Intel Optane Memory Service?

I have an HP Pavilion x360 14-dh1153ng (approx. 3 months old) for my studies. The fan starts to get really loud during use. When I open the task manager the "Intel Optane Memory Service" is at 40-50%. My CPU goes up to about 50% and the laptop starts to get loud.

My question is: is Intel Optane Memory Service important? Can I uninstall it or change the settings so that it doesn't use too much CPU and the fan is a bit quieter?

Intel Optane is a caching technology for hard disks, where frequently used data is temporarily stored on a dedicated SSD drive to improve access to the drive.

Without SSD caching (Intel Optane in this case), data access to the HDD drive would be considerably slower in some cases.

Windows needs a few runs until it has set up "Optane" as optimally as possible.

You shouldn't uninstall it, but rather deactivate it on a trial basis, if at all.

Since there's apparently no HDD but a 512 GB SSD in the notebook mentioned, "Optane" brings me there. Not really what.
