I have a laptop (HP EliteBook 8560p) when I try to turn it on, but it starts only to the point where it is shown: Your pc run into a problem. We'll restart for you. Normally, you can do 3 restarts the repair settings but that does not work somehow. Either it says: driver_pnp_Watchdogs or stop Code_000021x (I think), nothing more. The only thing else that works is when the laptop starts letting it go the startup options.
I would call HP Support, they helped me a lot
