Can I play Cities Skylines on laptop HP Pavilion x360?

Absolutely wants to play Cities Skylines and since there's also an Xbox store on the Hp laptop I thought it would work but I'm a little afraid that it won't work.

Intel Pentium Gold? Then unfortunately it won't work. Apparently there are multiple versions of your laptop
