My laptop (hp, windows, have had it for about 1.5 years) sometimes hums very loudly, really abnormally loud for about 10 seconds or so, and then suddenly it's so quiet again that I can't hear anything, so neither normal noise like when it is working.
It doesn't get warm or anything, but sometimes it clacks a bit as if something was loose, but I can't open it that easily either, or if so, that would be the entire underside. And actually I don't want to open it myself so that I don't break anything.
Who knows what could be there?
Locating noises is a bit tricky.
But if you are correct with your assessment, the name of the laptop would be interesting and whether you mean the keys 3-6 in the number pad (if available), or those on the upper row of the keyboard.
Perhaps by chance someone will know what is being built in the area.
Is normal the HDD or just Riem hard drive.
But sometimes it crashed
Then I'm at a loss.
So this is an HP 250 G7 and model RTL8821CE.
And what do you mean by number pad?
The number pad on the far right of the keyboard
What about that? I can squeeze them all
Well with HP you can never be sure. There are often problems and zero goodwill with a one-year guarantee. However, you can open laptops without problems, you only need a small 50cent tool. There are great tutorials I would try first. Otherwise there should be a guarantee on it
