2 laptops: Same data, different battery life, why?

I want to buy a new laptop, but I'm currently thinking about two models because of their battery.

For a model from Acer, the following applies to the battery: Li-Ion battery, 4 cells / 3220 mAh / 48 Wh (permanently installed) | Up to 7 hours of battery life.

For a HP is: lithium-ion, 3 cells, 41.0 Wh (permanently installed) | Up to 11 hours of battery life.

My logic would tell me that 4 cells x 48 Wh are more than 3 cells x 41 Wh, so why does the HP have more battery life? The technical data (CPU, GPU, SSD, etc.) are exactly the same.

It is probably due to the 3320 mAh. The HP has more.

However, I would not buy a fixed. Because batteries deteriorate over time. If the battery is not firmly installed, you can replace it easily.
