I bought the MSI Prestige 15 a while ago. Was also very satisfied, but suddenly the battery spins. 16 hours Are stated on the website and until recently the battery life was also very, very good. Of course, you don't get a battery life of 16 hours in practice, but with 60% (80% - 20%) I got 7 hours. I think that is very good. Now the battery is empty after 2 hours at the latest (60% used, you shouldn't fully charge and not empty it completely, which is supposedly better for the battery). And now I wonder why that is? The notebook is only 1 month old, shouldn't that happen, right?
Does anyone have experience with the notebook, or can someone tell me what I can do with it?
There are no programs running in the background, just the browser with a few tabs. When the battery lasted 7 hours, I even had Discord and sometimes Paint in the background.
