Good graphics tablet for beginners?

I'm looking for a good graphics tablet that has a display. I've had one for a couple of years, that came with such a manga package. But it bothers me that you always need the laptop to draw.

Does anyone know good trays with display that is good for ice cream and is not too expensive? Or vllt synonymous so one and can recommend it?

There are either the ones you said that you can connect to your laptop or PC and draw on it. Graphics tablet with display start from 300 euro and that without program.

I currently have a wacom intuos and draw and always work on it has no display but directly a manga drawing software and costs about 80 euro.
