I was working with OpenOffice a few days ago, and when I wanted to save a document, my laptop ran out. After rebooting and connecting to a power network, OpenOffice spun and my saved documents were gone, I had to search them in my folder.
Unfortunately, the document I was working on was no longer saved and when I opened it, a window of ASCII filter options opened and then I set something so that I could open my document, then it showed me the hash marks and my written Text was no longer available. Since I did not want to change anything or wanted to cause anything negative, I let it remain and went to a technician of my confidence, this could unfortunately no longer produce the document and said that there was nothing left to do. Now I wanted to ask the community if you have any idea or tip on how to recover the document. As far as I know, I unfortunately have no backup of this document and do not know more.
That's a well-known topic. OO is very sensitive to system crashes or accidental shutdown, resulting in the described behavior. Unfortunately you have to do it again. Greeting
