Already described on OpenOffice page?

So I have OpenOffice 4.1.2 and when I reopen the Writer, which means I'm actually going to make a new document, there will always be a described page from the very first document I've ever saved on my laptop (from HP).

Funny thing is that I always have to delete the written before the page quasi nothing more, but the program behaves as if the page was blank and the deletion of the text is recorded as a "first step to undo",

How can I show that when opening OpenOffice writer the page is empty at startup? Because it annoys me that I have to clear first that I can use the page.

Thank you in advance, I have the problem for several years and it occurs ALWAYS without exception.

At some point you probably accidentally did not edit a new document but the page template for new documents.

And how can I get that away again? I have no technical understanding at all
