With the program "woeUSB" you can create a Windows installation USB stick under Linux.
You can get the ISO of your favorite Windows version on the official Microsoft website.
The Windows installation is then as usual, because it does not matter that Kali is already on the computer.

Windows should offer you during the installation to flatten the whole hard drive. Alternatively you can do it yourself with a live Linux and gParted.

You formatted partitions (eg parts of the data carrier) not hard disks!
to reinstall Windows from usb-stick.
Then you need only the Windows installation suite, so you can delete all partitions and then install.
