How do I adjust the control on Anno 1800?

As I have a long flight ahead of me and am an enthusiastic Anno 1800 player, I would like to continue playing the game on my laptop during the flight. The problem is that I can't use an external mouse. But it's not really bad, because you can also play Anno 1800 with a touchpad and keyboard.
The real problem is that I miss the mouse wheel, which allows me to move the camera freely.
Is there any key combination or key on the keyboard with which I can freely control the camera even without a mouse wheel?
Zooming in and out, up, down, left and right is possible without a mouse, but I have not yet found anything on how I can use the keyboard to move the camera as freely as if I clicked the mouse wheel.

In general, I find it badly solved with Anno 1800 that you can freely assign everything on the keyboard, but you can't make settings for the mouse.
