You have taken all rights. You can't just change it either. Get a Windows 10 boot stick or DVD and go to software repair settings. Then automatically, the other things are too difficult for you. With a little luck you will have your desktop back, if not, you can still save your data and then reinstall it.

Can you call up the desktop properties again in Windows Explorer, under Security on Advanced, then under Owner on Change. Is that possible? If so, then enter administrators (plural!)
