My mother has the problem with her laptop that the microphone no longer works. I checked it and the microphones are recognized as normal, only it does not show that it was anything. I tried around a bit with the level, and also set it as a standard device, nothing worked. Programs like Discord and Zoom also show no recording. I then took my external Mirko and connected it, even that doesn't work. It was activated, Windows recognized it and set it up, but no sound just comes through. Has anyone ever had a similar problem? Is there any setting that just any mics are mute or something?
Not part of the problem are:
1. The level
2. The standard device option
3. The Mirko itself, because it doesn't recognize my external one either and it works perfectly.
4. The driver, I have already updated it.

I didn't know this attitude but somehow my mother managed to find it, in any case it solved my problem.
