Open Windows Explorer - there tab "View" - on the far right on "Options"
A new window will appear, click on "View" and then you will find ticks next to various options if you select the item below "Hidden files and folders" in your case - accept and click OK.
If you know little about the subject, leave it as it is, because what is visible can be erased with dire consequences.
