Sims 4 objects can't be removed?

Yesterday I bought 3 new packs one day I became famous, Wellness Day and Sport Accessories it finished loading and I wanted to play directly before I wanted to change something in the tree mode so I wanted to remove several objects and insert new ones but I could only delete one thing and nothing more, then I thought that my laptop is too overwhelmed so I wanted to try it again today but it just does not matter which building. Can anyone help me?

Maybe you have not finished the packs or the game has problems. It can also just be on your PC. If so, what can you contact EA or use another method (such as a hammer to delete) to remove objects.
