I have central internet in the dormitory from the LAN plug. This is limited to 30GB per month after that it will be turned off. It is not possible to buy your own router.
Under the circumstances, how can I download games (eg BF5 on Origin) or other games on Steam that have more than 30 GB?
I still have a laptop. Is it somehow possible to buy Steam / Origin games on my laptop, download them somewhere else (where there's unlimited Wi-Fi), and then somehow transfer them to my PC? Would that work?
And how do I then transfer the games from the laptop to the PC? Just everything that has been downloaded to a memory stick and then transferred to the PC? Or is not that easy?

Jup is feasible. Prerequisite is that on your PC the necessary stuff like the right DirectX versions are installed. If you already have some games on the PC, it's no problem.
Just ask the administration, if you do not get unlimited Internet for one day to download the stuff.
It works. Memory stick could be scarce, however, since Battlefield 5 is over 40 GB in size. Otherwise, just grab on any suitable storage and throw on your PC the game on it. You only have to pack the game in the games you are looking for, where origin will also install the game on your PC. Then just click on download and origin then recognizes the existing files
You can then just transfer the data via USB stick or external hard drive to your PC.
However, I advise rather from the wlan of the shopping centers, as this is quite slow and it can just come to occasional interruptions. Better go to an internet cafe.
Yes of course. You can simply put the game data on the PC and then in your Launcher (eg Steam) simply select the appropriate folder as a game folder (he will check the contents and possibly reload a few files) or you put them in your actual game folder and mount it New.
It would be even easier if you create an external hard drive and create a game folder on it, both in the launcher on the laptop and in your PC.
