I absolutely need a laptop to write my next applications. As a BFDler I only get € 330 a month and have to cover almost everything for 2 driving licenses (for RS training afterwards), it should be as cheap as possible. The only important thing is that I have something to write applications for.
If it's supposed to be cheap, drop by an internet café. If that's still possible because of Corona.
Otherwise I would advise you to look at Ebay (classified ads). A used one also does it for your needs and with a small budget you can still get a good one there that actually (new) costs more.
I would search for used laptops on your behalf on eBay
See if you can find a used one if not take the chuwi lapbook pro that is the cheapest thing you can get
