The device should be able to cut liquid FullHD videos and provide an appealing display quality.
I mean how much ram, what chip and so.
The laptop should be as cheap as possible. (I would consider a used model)
Also, I would be glad about a product recommendation or a brand recommendation.
A good graphics card and a lot of RAM memory
