Computer always hangs what to do?

The screen always hangs on my laptop. There's still a lot of memory available, but somehow.

Slowly it really gets annoying because you always have to wait a few seconds before you can continue😶

I would buy an SSD and clean it directly. So the case and fan everything

Yes, it only hangs when I play games

What kind of PC do you have? So how much ram, what processor, etc.
