Laptop hangs constantly after resetting (Windows 10)?

I have a laptop from Toshiba on which Windows 10 is installed. He is currently 4 years old, so still relatively new.

Now I have reset it from routine to factory settings, which also worked. As soon as I want to set it up again, it always hangs up. I can no longer use the screen touch function, the keyboard and the touchpad. I have not blocked anything.

This usually happens at the window "Microsoft Account Login" or much earlier in the keyboard setting. I have restarted it several times, but it still does not help.

Does anyone have any idea why he hangs up and to a solution?

Remote diagnosis is always difficult to impossible.

Depending on how "fit" you are you could piecemeal change the settings again, if you speak of WINDOWS 10 itself I would recommend to completely set up the system fresh again.
