When star stable start screen remains black?

Hi. I used to play SSO on my laptop before. But then I put the Windows 10 PC back on and wanted to play it now if it might be better. Since then, I have not come in SSO at all. Have already deleted it many times. Have read some that you should download such a launcher. But it is always with me when I download the game that the launcher is on it.
