Hear audio on laptop louder?

I have no external speakers and the speaker icon in the lower right corner is 100 percent. Now I want to hear something on the Internet (don't download anything), but it's very quiet. How can I make it louder in the browser?

Download the recording and play it with the VLC media player. There you can set the volume to 200%. Unfortunately, I can't think of any other possibility.
