YouTube seems to have long had problems with their filmbound. For some months I have overly that I can play movies either only in 480p (at 50mbit / s internet download, GTX650 GPU and 4GB RAM on a 60Hz 1920x1080p television), or the movies simply dull said completely do not load.
In the latter case, I usually get the message "there was a licensing error" after a short time.
The only commonality that I have noticed so far is that both laptop and HTPC are running under Linux Ubuntu (which also occurs on Win7). Given the fact that I have spent a lot of money on the films in HD quality, I'm of course currently disappointed and would like to know what the problem is.
Do not know that otherwise. When I bought something there (06/2016) in HD and no HD could play, I was told by the support that only via the Google Play App (Play Movies & TV) HD gets. How stupid is that. Since then, Google Movies no longer touched.
