Pack driver on USB stick?

I've built a new computer, now I'm in Windows, but without Internet despite LAN CABLE. I wanted to download the drivers for LAN and chipset from my laptop and put them on a USB stick to install them on the PC. But how do I put drivers on a USB stick?

You download the drivers from the manufacturer's website and copy them to the USB stick.

Or is your problem that you don't have a second PC?
