No picture, nothing?
I spontaneously guess a broken CPU or RAM, both are absolutely necessary for the start. If this is not recognized, the BIOS will not run and nothing will happen.
You can swap RAM if necessary, CPU mostly not - at least not without special tools.

Such codes are the last possibility from the mainboard to inform about errors, the meaning can be found in the manual.
