Set up VPN correctly on Android smartphone?

I have a VPN connection to my home network on my smartphone. Works quite well and I can sync with my Synology NAS via my smartphone and access the data. On the laptop I can set it up so that the Internet connection does not run via VPN, but I can access my home network via VPN at the same time. My question therefore goes on the smartphone with Android too. Here the Internet runs via VPN.

As far as I know, this is not possible.
