If a Chromebook (which is an adapted Android version on a laptop) is enough, I would recommend this one: https://www.idealo.de/...enovo.html The memory could possibly be a little scarce.
It gets more difficult under Windows. Possibly the one here: https://www.idealo.de/...-asus.html. However, I would rather go for the Chromebook.
The best thing to do, however, is to look around the used market.
