Buy recommendation for a laptop?

I'm looking for a laptop that is well suited for programming in unity and other programs for creating 3d objects. It can also be used and should therefore cost a maximum of 400 euro

For 400 you can forget about it

I would never buy a used laptop

For 400 you don't get a dedicated GPU in the laptop

It is better to save yourself a little more until you have 600 to turn then you also get something to work with
