What are you going to do with the laptop?
For the price, yes! But really only for creating simple text documents or surfing the Internet. You can forget about video & image editing or gaming with the thing (CS: GO might still run on it).

It will most likely not even work well anymore. If your budget is so small, you'd better buy an old, old office PC. But for 100 euro you will find something bad except for you know something then you can also collect your stuff on eBay classifieds and have something reasonably good in the end but I would advise against this laptop
Is okay. Download Windows 10 update assistant, upgrade, then it will run again a little bit noticeably better.
I personally don't like the processor, but it's okay. Watching videos well enough. Current games are not playable even at the lowest settings.
