Games don't start?

I know nothing about computers and that's how I always wanted to play genshin Impact. So I downloaded the game and wanted to start. Everything worked, but when I pressed start game the screen went black (only briefly) and then it was the same again (so start the felt with the bottom game)

Then I tried again, but exactly the same thing happened again. I deleted everything again and reinstalled it, but again exactly the same thing happened.

After a few days I tried the game valorant, it was exactly the same. The game loads and does everything to download, but the game still doesn't want to start.

Is my laptop too old or too bad for it? Or is it something else?

Your laptop probably does not meet the minimum requirements for PC performance. You can find these out for every game online, mostly on the Internet somewhere
