So I wanted to know what other people get on the birth day and so somehow interested me.
For me it's just that I don't really get what my parents are a bit stingy when it comes to birthdays and gifts and money in general
ps: have no money problems or so simply my parents are set that way I think.
As a comparison with me, for example, I got a big loli from a friend last year because I already wanted to but of course my parents found unnecessary (it was a maximum of 2 euro loli from the gas station that it didn't look for anywhere else) she has noticed it and gave it to me as a present (although I cried because I never got anything from anyone, birthday or anywhere else and felt guilty that I was so happy, which is also a bit embarrassing to me) otherwise I got a 150 euro laptop from my parents, which my parents slipped out this year between a conversation that they didn't want to get me a check and I needed the laptop one way or the other because I actually had to have had it in the subtericht for a long time.
In short, what I generally got in money or gifts in 1 year was a loli, because I didn't cell the laptop because it didn't seem to be a present
This year I got 50 euro from my parents and a bilou set or whatever that means from my cousin WHEREVER afterwards (about 2 months later) she confessed that after she found out that I had no gifts or in general things from friends and parents except the 50 euro got mittleit but it felt geert that she was apparently the only one who gave me a gift.
Yeah, that was a bit terauric in retrospect, but I wanted to know your opinion and generally know what other people get.
By the way, I'm 13 and I hand out newspapers, ALWAYS saving the money and spending it on other people's birthdays to buy gifts so that it doesn't look like mine.
It's not just about gifts and money. I don't know that parents are there to give you loads of presents. They already pay everything else for you (which is usually not clear to you) and that is a lot. Sure, some get littered with tons of gifts from their parents and some don't - that doesn't mean they love you less. Maybe it's their method of parenting. Of course you want to get presents at the age of 13, I understand that too. You can do it differently with your children.
I know that money is not everything I just wanted to compare and ask others for their opinion so don't worry, I don't just think about money.
My parents were rather generous at the time - in principle we got a lot. Of course not always what we wanted, but actually a relatively large and / or desired gift always came out.
