Yesterday my STRW V addition came from Alligatoah, which contains an audio disk and 2 bluerays. The audio disk is recognized super on the PC, but the Bluerays are recognized tightly on my Blueray laptop reader. Does anyone know why and can I somehow force my BR drive to use Blueray?

Yes, it is recognized on the pc as a BD-CD player it also has 2 sensors, a red and a purple
Maybe the blue ray is scratched
