CMD WINDOW CLOSES?

I got my old laptop out again and forgot the password. I have to go over this Ultilman and all this to open the CMD window. But every time I open this black CMD window it stays for 5 seconds and closes automatically again without me something can enter. Does anyone know how I can prevent this window closes on its own?

in this video. But if I want to open this window at the end, it closes automatically and I can't open it.

As I said, I come to the black CMD screen as it is shown in this video jeodch it closes again within 10 seconds.
