I had opened a Word document and then opened my laptop. When I wanted to continue my work, I had the blue screen after a short time.
After the automatic restart, I followed tips from the network:
the command "chkdsk / f / r" was carried out in the CMD window (I had to restart the PC so that this process can be carried out in the system start process)
in the CMD window "DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth"
"sfc / scannow" performed in the CMD window: "Windows resource protection has not found any integrity violations."
there was no new Windows update
there were no new drivers
Let the MemTest run for approx. 5 minutes: no errors found
What could have caused the blue screen? Could it come to that again?
This is mostly due to a driver conflict or RAM problems (which is relatively rare).
What can be done there?
