Problem with screen?

I connected my laptop to the TV because the laptop screen is broken…

However, the Gans picture is not exactly adapted to my screen, it is drawn out too far (see picture).

It worked before, now it looks like the taskbar should be visible normally!

Please help!

Right click on Desktop> Display Settings> Scaling and Arrangement

I can't find it under this name!

When it comes to resolution, I'm on 1920 * 1080 (recommended)
