Facebook message does not send?

I've always had the same problem for a bit longer. Only with a certain person on Facebook it sends my messages after about 2 hours. For all other chats it works normally. That's pretty annoying because it's never really possible to start a conversation. Deleted the messenger, got in with the laptop and and and… Nothing changed. Do you have any tips what I can do with the messenger?

Then the messages do not arrive or Facebook has a problem communicating the messages to the person, e.g. Because it uses a VPN or a misconfigured firewall. Bad news: You can't change that, good news: you're not to blame, everything is going right for you.
