We use Microsoft Teams for online lessons. I use it on my tablet because my laptop can't do it (it's a bit older). I have the following problem:
The raising of the hand function no longer works for a video conference video conference
I'm constantly thrown out of the meetings and have massive network problems (despite the Wi-Fi amplifier)
What can I do?
Thank you in advance for your answers and stay healthy!
The amplifier can also cause problems, the first time do a speed test via google… And wlan signals can also be disturbed by concrete and the like… So if you have a general network problem. First look after the router… And otherwise ask the provider.
And why is the manual notification function no longer displayed? I can't do anything anymore
So did the test:
18.7 MBit download speed
11.7 MBit upload speed
Okay that's great… Test it every 10 minutes to see if it changes a lot…
In case of doubt, reinstalling it sometimes helps… (delete app data)
I've already.
Then it is some system error…
The feature does not appear - You can do that
It may be that the function is not available to some users. This can be due to the following reasons:
There are only two participants in the conversation.
You use Microsoft Teams as a web application: Only the desktop applications for https://www.chip.de/...11749.html and https://www.chip.de/...20643.html support the raise hands function in Microsoft Teams.
You are using an outdated version of Microsoft Teams: In this case, navigate to your profile picture and click on it. Now select "Check for updates". An update may now take place.

I've already done everything.
Maybe it's a bug in the app, download it again!
I already have
Then it may be fixed by a patch!
