What is a take-over guarantee for second-hand dealers?

I bought a used laptop in a computer store. On the purchase contract is "30 days acceptance guarantee excluding wearing parts". Imagine, within the 30 day period, a part of the laptop would break which is not wearing part.

1. What rights does the buyer and which seller have?

2. Would the buyer have the right to reclaim the full purchase price?

3. Does the seller have a chance to repair the damage?

4. Does anyone know the paragraphs that clarify the meaning of the word takeover guarantee?

On the purchase contract is "
30 days acceptance guarantee except wearing parts "

A trader can't exclude / circumvent the statutory warranty period in this way. Ergo, this passage is completely void and it takes the 2-year warranty.

This is a zero number if it is not further defined in the purchase contract or its annexes, which includes the "takeover".

In any case, you have at least one year of legal defect liability, in which the dealer must prove in the first half year, whether the defect is (not) covered by this. Also an exclusion of wearing parts is ineffective for the first time. Everything has to work as agreed - provisionally as expected.
