The ram of my laptop has dropped from 4GB to 2.7GB. I also switched from windows 7 to windows 10. Can someone help me? Both RAM bars are in there. Is btw ddr3

32bit needs 1 and 64 2 gb

It is displayed in the Task Manager but you have to be able to read it! Use a tool like Speccy! So you can see it exactly.

Windows reserves part of your RAM for the onboard graphics card if necessary. That can be 500 megabytes to 1.5 gigabytes. Windows 7 occasionally displays this correctly and Windows 10 displays it correctly.
