I have 4 USB ports on my laptop, 2 on the right, 2 on the left. The two on the right just stopped playing. However, the left ones still work. Then this message comes: "USB device was not recognized".
Do you use Windows 10?

Go to start, enter "Device Manager", then you have the item USB controller below and there you go with a right click on the item "search for changed hardware"
It does not work. I can charge my Iphone with the cable there, but only at one connection. My headset, mouse or keyboard no longer works at the right ports - only on the left.
As it sounds, the USB ports seem to be broken or that the data wire of the ports has problems.
Did the problem come fixed?
