Is there another possibility?
Install a Windows10 / 64. The previously installed programs will be lost, so you will have to reinstall them.
The computer should have at least 4GB RAM.
You must not install this as an upgrade, you have to create a USB stick to install and then boot from the stick and reinstall Windows.
Attention, this will be a real new installation, so BACK UP DATA beforehand!

What kind of laptop do you have? If your CPU is not compatible, unfortunately this will not work. Otherwise, you would simply have to install the 64-bit version of Windows

You only need Windows 10 x64 if you want to install more than 4 GB RAM in the notebook.
Therefore, please tell us the manufacturer and model number of your notebook.
The 32-bit version is actually only pre-installed by the manufacturer on very cheap notebooks with very weak hardware. In the meantime there's no classic x86 - compatible CPU / APU in such notebooks, but ARM-based hardware similar to that in smartphones.
