NVIDIA Control Panel is not available?

I have already reinstalled the driver, etc., but when I restart my laptop the NVIDIA Control Panel is gone and I can't open it as before. I can only use it during the installation up to the restart. How can you fix that?

If it doesn't work, there's an error where it says: You are currently not using a display that is connected to an NVIDIA GPU.
